Mandap, stage, entrance & reception
Wedding decoration in Chennai.
Dummy copy for review. We design and build the whole wedding: the entrance your guests walk through, the mandap or altar where the ceremony happens, the stage you are photographed on and the reception backdrop that closes the night. The florals, furniture, lighting and sound are all our own, so one team plans it, builds it and clears it. Tell us the date and the venue and an itemised quote reaches you within a day.

What is covered
What does a wedding package include?
Dummy copy for review. A wedding is a route your guests walk, from the gate to the dining hall. Every point on that route is decorated, and you can take any one of them on its own.
- Entrance arch, porch header and name board
- Aisle stands, pillar flowers and the red carpet
- Mandap, altar or nikah stage, built to ritual height
- Main stage, couple sofa and side props
- A separate reception backdrop for the evening
- Table centres, buffet counter and dining lighting

Your colours
How do we design your stage?
Dummy copy for review. The stage is where your photographs are taken, so the colours behind you matter as much as the ones you are wearing. We start from your outfits, not from a catalogue.
- Send a photo of the outfits and we pull the palette from it
- Florals and drapes matched so the couple stands out
- A reference photo, a Pinterest board or an AI concept all work
- Or tell us the theme and our team designs it for you
- You approve the design before a single flower is bought
Every tradition
Which weddings do we decorate?
Dummy copy for review. The decor has to respect the ritual, not sit on top of it.
Hindu muhurtham
Four-pillar and canopy mandaps in marigold, rose or jasmine, with clear height above the homam and room at the sides for the families.
Christian church
Altar arrangements and pew-end flowers in the colours the parish permits, with an aisle runner sized to the church doorway.
Nikah & walima
A nikah stage with the separation the families ask for, and a larger walima backdrop carrying one palette across both rooms.
How we work
How does booking work?
- 01
The first call
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly what you have in mind. Ten minutes.
- 02
Site visit
We measure the stage area, check the power and find out what time the hall lets us in.
- 03
Design & quote
Within a day you get the concept and an itemised quote, priced line by line.
- 04
Your changes
Add or drop any line and the total changes with it. Most couples take two or three rounds.
- 05
The advance
A 60 percent advance confirms the date and takes it out of our calendar.
- 06
Build & clear
We build in the agreed window, finish before your guests, and clear everything after.

Itemised, always
What moves the price?
Dummy copy for review. Two weddings in the same hall on the same date can differ by several times over, so we price the parts, not a package.
- How much is built: a stage alone, or the whole route
- Fresh flowers, priced on the day, against artificial
- The venue: ceiling height, access and hours allowed
- Lighting and LED: screen size and fixture count
- The date, since peak muhurtham dates stretch the crew

One team
Why does owning the kit matter?
Dummy copy for review. Many decorators sub-hire furniture, lighting and sound from three suppliers. That is where wedding-day problems usually start.
- The stock is ours, checked before it leaves the warehouse
- No crew waiting on another vendor to arrive
- A morning change is a call to our own store
- One team accountable for the whole build
- Lighting designed with the decor, not added over it
Across the city
Which areas do we cover?
Dummy copy for review. Travel and crew time appear as their own line in the quote, so the distance never hides inside another figure.
- Tambaram
- Chromepet
- Sembakkam
- Medavakkam
- Velachery
- Adyar
- Mylapore
- T Nagar
- Nungambakkam
- Anna Nagar
- Porur
- OMR
- ECR
Planned for, not reacted to
How do we protect an outdoor wedding?
Wind
Structures are weighted and guyed, and tall pieces stay out of the open wind line.
Rain
A cover or indoor fallback is agreed at the site visit, and travels with the crew regardless of the forecast.
Heat
Fresh flowers go in as late as the schedule allows, in varieties chosen to hold through an afternoon.
Power
Beach venues rarely carry our lighting load, so a generator is planned and priced from the start.
On-site crew
Our team stays through the event, so anything that shifts is fixed while guests are still being served.
Before you book
Ask any decorator: is the quote itemised, who owns the kit, is clear-up included, and who do you call on the day?
Have a date in mind?
Tell us the venue and we will come back with a design and an itemised quote within a day.
Client words
Rated 4.9 by Chennai families.
I asked them whether we can match the decor based on our dress color… she accepted my request without any hesitation and gave us a beautiful stage.
We needed a stage set up to replicate their wedding. Shalini did a fantastic job at such short notice.
Booked them just two days before the event but the decorations were executed flawlessly and on time.
Since we were in Hyderabad, they coordinated with me through WhatsApp sending me sample photos and ideas.
The decoration was all setup well before the start of the event and promptly taken down after the event.
Recommending after my 3rd event experience with them.
Able to incorporate the theme and colour code… to the WOW!! of one and all.
They screened our child photos in that LED screen which was very beautiful.
Every detail, from the entrance to the stage, was beautifully arranged and exceeded our expectations.
From the backdrop to the over all look and feel, the whole theme was extremely customised as per ask.
We have booked them twice and had a wonderful experience. Punctual, neat and fulfilled our requirements aptly.
They have a good team, responsive team and professionally handled our event well.

What does wedding decoration in Chennai include?
A full wedding package usually covers the entrance, the aisle or walkway, the mandap or altar, the main stage, the seating area and the reception backdrop, with lighting and sound through the day. You can also take any one of these on its own.
How early should we book our wedding decor?
The earlier the better, so your date is held. Muhurtham dates fill first. We also take short-notice bookings whenever a team and the stock are free.
Can you match the decor to our outfit or theme colours?
Yes. Send a photo of the outfits, a colour palette or a reference image and we design the florals and drapes around it.
Do you decorate at our venue or only at your own?
We work at your venue. We visit it first, check access, ceiling height, power and the time we are allowed in, then plan the build around those limits.
Do you handle Hindu, Christian and Muslim weddings?
Yes. We set up muhurtham mandaps, church altars and nikah and walima stages, and we follow the rituals and timings each one needs.
Do you use real flowers or artificial ones?
Both, and the quote says which is which. Fresh flowers are bought the morning of the event. Artificial pieces hold their shape through a long day and in heat.
How does the quote work?
The quote is itemised, so every element is priced on its own line and you can add or drop any of them. It is sent within a day of the site visit or the call.
How much advance confirms the date?
A 60 percent advance confirms the date and releases it from our calendar. The balance is settled on or before the event day.
Who sets up and clears the decor?
Our own crew does both. We set up well before the guests arrive and clear everything after the event, so the venue is handed back clean.
Can you also arrange lighting, LED walls and sound?
Yes, and they are our own. Decor, furniture, lighting, LED walls and sound come from one team, so nothing is sub-hired and nothing waits on another vendor.
Do you work outside Chennai city?
We cover Chennai and the surrounding areas, including Tambaram, Chromepet, Velachery, OMR and ECR. Tell us the venue and we will confirm.
What happens if it rains at an outdoor wedding?
We plan a cover or an indoor fallback at the site visit for any outdoor build, and the crew stays on site through the event to deal with wind and rain.
Your date, held
